The firm is led by its director, Tokelo Phochaka Moloi, an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa with more than twenty years' post-admission experience. As former Head of Recoveries, Business Rescue and Insolvency at the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa, he carried full accountability for legal recoveries and enforcement across a multi-billion-rand investment portfolio.

Tokelo Phochaka Moloi

More than twenty years' post-admission experience leading institution-wide litigation and recoveries within large, regulated environments — most recently as Head of Recoveries, Business Rescue and Insolvency at the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa.
- Led end-to-end legal recoveries and enforcement across the IDC's diversified investment portfolio.
- Governed ~R70m in annual external legal spend across a panel of law firms and senior counsel.
- Designed an SAP-based Litigation and Recovery Management System tracking 100+ active matters.
- Co-developed the IDC Delinquent Register Policy and Delegation of Authority Matrix (Board-approved, 2021).
- Established the litigation department at Ledwaba Mazwai Attorneys, serving the IDC, Eskom and Denel.
